To simplify the home search experience, homebuyers can now visualize on a map which areas and therefore listings most correspond to their lifestyle. Users simply select among 12 lifestyle criteria - such as quiet neighbourhood, car-friendly etc. - by clicking on an icon on top right of the map. Once selected, the map will display which areas are most desirable in green and less desirable ones in yellow to red for the chosen lifestyle criteria.
"We're delighted to renew and expand our partnership with Centris. We confirmed our hypothesis that homebuyers lacked crucial location information during the homebuying process," says Gabriel Damant-Sirois, CPO and co-founder of Local Logic®. "Today more than ever, consumers expect an easy online shopping experience even for real estate. It's why we're excited to help Centris incorporate lifestyle throughout the home search on Centris.ca. We also think it's time we arm Quebec real estate agents with powerful tools to help them find the right home faster for their clients and continue providing exceptional service."
